Hi there I'm Danny. I trained to become a chef at college and studied my level 2 hospitality & catering and my level 3 kitchen & larder. Although i was trained to make savoury and sweet dishes. I had always had a passion for creating exciting and new desserts and pastries and pushing the boundaries of what I can do in the kitchen.
Back in October 2020 I had a vision of an exciting new journey of starting up my own bakery business. I had always wanted to have a bakery or café and thought it was a good time to launch D&B Desserts.
